Overview

The Smart Forest Landing Pages were designed as a key marketing and communication tool. Their primary purpose is to introduce potential users to the platform's core features, unique value propositions, and key services. The design strategy focused on creating a compelling narrative that highlights how the Smart Forest Platform leverages technology to solve real-world problems in a sustainable way, thereby attracting new users and stakeholders.

Challenge

The project presented a significant challenge due to the tight 2-week timeline to meet the Shushi Tech 2025 launch deadline. The design process was further defined by a commitment to the Glassmorphism aesthetic and the imperative to build a fully responsive design that would function seamlessly across all devices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Ideation & Brainstorm

This phase involved a collaborative and cross-functional effort with the design, business, and other key teams. Utilizing a Lean UX approach, the objective was to rapidly generate and refine creative solutions for effectively communicating the core value of the Smart Forest Platform. The process focused on brainstorming compelling ideas to present the platform's features and benefits in a way that was both engaging and easily understood by the target audience, while prioritizing a build-test-learn feedback loop to maximize efficiency within the tight project timeline.

Research

Due to the extremely limited project timeline, a concise and rapid research approach was implemented. This involved conducting a quick competitive analysis to understand how other products present their features and value propositions. The insights gained from this brief research phase were then adapted and applied to the design of the Smart Forest Landing Pages to ensure a clear and impactful message.

Site Map

I developed a comprehensive sitemap to provide a clear, high-level overview of the entire product's structure and navigation. This artifact was crucial for synchronizing all teams, ensuring a shared understanding of how different sections of the platform are connected and how the user flows through the system.

Low Fidelity-Wireframe

With a limited timeline, the creation of low-fidelity wireframes became a critical step. This process involved defining the responsive design and grid system for various screen sizes, as well as outlining the core functions and components for each page. Consistent grooming sessions with the development team ensured a shared understanding and seamless implementation of the design structure.

Launch

The successful completion of the design phase within the compressed timeline allowed for a seamless handoff to the development team. This efficient process ensured that the Smart Forest Landing Pages were ready in time for the product's official launch at Shushi Tech 2025, enabling the team to effectively promote the platform's features and value proposition to a global audience.
